Politica de returnare

We want every Thai Coco order to delight you. If something arrives damaged or you change your mind, the return process below is straightforward.

1. Return window

You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery, in line with Moldovan consumer-protection legislation.

2. Eligible condition

• Original packaging intact
• Seal unbroken (where applicable)
• No signs of use or damage caused after delivery

3. Non-returnable items

For food-safety reasons, opened or partially used food products cannot be returned. Items damaged in transit are exempt from this rule — call us as soon as you notice.

4. How to start a return

1. Call us at the number listed on the About page within the 14-day window.
2. We coordinate pickup or a return shipment with you.
3. Once we receive and inspect the items, the refund is issued.

5. Refund timeline and method

Refunds are issued via the same channel used at delivery. Cash refunds are returned in person at pickup; card refunds typically clear within 5 business days after we receive the returned items.
