These Terms of Service govern the use of Thai Coco Moldova's online catalogue and order-placement service. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Order acceptance

Submitting an order via this site creates a request for confirmation, not a binding contract. Our team will call you within 30 minutes during business hours to confirm stock, price, and delivery details. The contract is formed at the moment of phone confirmation.

2. Pricing and currency

All prices are displayed in Moldovan Lei (MDL) and include applicable VAT. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed during the call is binding.

3. Payment

You may pay either (a) cash on delivery to the courier, or (b) by card online using Visa or Mastercard at the moment of order placement. Card payments are processed by Moldova Agroindbank S.A. (MAIB) ecomm; you are redirected to MAIB's secure hosted payment page (3-D Secure where required) and Thai Coco Moldova never sees, receives, or stores your card number, expiry, CVV, or cardholder authentication credentials. The price confirmed during the call is binding; online card payment is captured at the moment of submission and is reconciled with the confirmed price during the call.

4. Shipping

We deliver across the Republic of Moldova. Free shipping applies to orders over 500 L. Delivery is typically completed in 1–2 business days; the courier will call before arrival.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel during the confirmation call at no cost. After dispatch, cancellation requires a return per the Returns policy. For orders paid online by card and cancelled before dispatch, the captured amount is refunded to the same card used for payment within 5–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

6. Online card payment, refunds and disputes

Processor: Moldova Agroindbank S.A. (MAIB) ecomm gateway. Accepted brands: Visa, Mastercard. Currency: Moldovan Lei (MDL).

Refunds: Where Moldovan Law no. 105/2003 applies, you may return unopened products within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued to the same card used for payment; we cannot refund to a different card or in cash. Bank settlement typically completes within 5–14 business days after we initiate the refund.

Disputes and chargebacks: If you do not recognize a Thai Coco Moldova charge on your card statement, contact us first by phone or email — we will reconcile the order against your bank statement and resolve directly where possible. You retain the right to dispute the charge with your card-issuing bank under the applicable Visa / Mastercard chargeback rules.

PCI scope: Thai Coco Moldova does not handle, transmit, or store cardholder data on its own systems. All card data entry occurs on MAIB's PCI-DSS compliant hosted payment page; the merchant only receives a transaction token and authorization result. This site is not in PCI-DSS scope beyond the SAQ-A requirements applicable to redirect-based merchants.

7. Limitation of liability

Thai Coco Moldova's liability is limited to the value of the affected order, except where Moldovan consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes will first be addressed amicably; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Moldovan courts.
